Spray-wash system for small parts

For use with aqueous cleaners
Function/Fields of use
The components to be washed are in a slewing ring and pass by the nozzle fittings attached at the top, side and bottom; they are showered with heated cleaning agents by spraying method. This spraying method ensures the cleaning success for a broad range of parts.
Equipment
Direct electrical heater, insulation, digital thermostat, submersible pump, stainless steel nozzle system, coarse filter insert, rotating plate with direct drive.
Supplementary features
Increase of operating weight, oil separator for non-emulsified oils in bypass mode, micro-filter in the main stream (surface filter), micro-filter in the bypass (depth filter), vapour extraction, drying facility, air micro-filter, soil protection basin, fill level monitor, drainage pump, weekly clock.
